Slovenian Australian Academic Association

Our contribution to the Slovenian Australian Academic Association (SAAA.SI) involved a comprehensive overhaul of their digital infrastructure to better serve their global network. We focused on recreating and refreshing the entire website system, modernizing the user interface (UI) to ensure a seamless and professional experience for academics, researchers, and professionals alike. This structural refresh ensures that the platform is not only aesthetically aligned with the association’s prestige but also technically robust enough to handle international traffic and complex community needs.

A key technical highlight of this project is the direct integration with Eventbrite via a custom API. This allows the SAAA to manage and display their wide array of conferences, webinars, and tenders directly on their own domain, providing a unified journey for members and partners. By streamlining these administrative workflows, we have enabled the association to focus more on their core mission of fostering innovation and cultural exchange between Slovenia and Australia.

Though the final site is transitioning from its temporary home at saaa.havelook.at to the official saaa.si domain, we are proud to stand as "Friends of the Slovenian Community Worldwide." Our work for the thelematics.com/showcase reflects our commitment to delivering high-impact results for organizations that build bridges across borders. We look forward to the official launch and the continued success of the SAAA in connecting curious minds across the globe.
